Zach Knight is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Great Plains Market, Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. These solutions include lending, treasury, equipment finance, and global advisory. Zach’s overarching goal is to be a trusted partner for his clients, helping them to overcome obstacles, grow their companies, and achieve their business goals.

With more than 10 years in the financial services industry, Zach brings extensive business management  expertise to every interaction.  Most recently he served as a Consumer Banking Market Leader for Bank of America in the Kansas City, Wichita and Iowa markets.  As market leader he managed the sales, operations and the client experience for 15 different centers.  Zach helped launch the new hire training program called The Academy for Bank of America, an award winning employee development program.    Zach was a first generation Academy Manager in charge of onboarding new hire relationship managers for 3 states, providing resources, training and coaching. As a Relationship Manager in Business Banking Zach  offers industry leading products and services, award winning platforms and educational resources to private companies. 

Originally from St Louis, Zach  earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Southwest Baptist University.

Zach has a passion to help fellow employees connect and grow in their careers at Bank of America. He is a member of the Intergenerational Employee Network Kansas City Chapter which explores diversity through a generational “lens” and promotes generational diversity as a necessary component of an inclusive corporate environment by raising visibility, driving awareness, and encouraging opportunities for employees.  Zach also created and leads a mentor program to encourage growth and sharing of success among the consumer market leaders in Kansas and Missouri.
