Wilson K. Jui is a Senior Vice President and Market Manager for the Orange County market for Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. His responsibilities include leading and managing a team of client relationship managers to deliver the full breadth of Bank of America Merrill Lynch capabilities to locally-based companies with $5 million to $50 million in annual revenue. These businesses include a wide variety of general industries, from family-owned enterprises to multinational corporations. The team fulfills this mission by focusing on credit and lending, deposits, and cash management solutions to privately-held companies. Targeted industries and businesses include wholesalers, manufacturers, importers/exporters, professional services, medical, entertainment, and non-profit organizations, to name a few.

Wilson K. Jui began his banking career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2006 and has strong experience in Commercial Banking. His prior roles have included Relationship Manager, Senior Underwriter, and Senior Credit Products Officer. In his most recent role as the Senior Credit Products Manager in Orange County and San Diego markets, he managed a $1 Billion dollar credit portfolio, directly guided clients and prospects on credit capacity, loan facilities, and debt structures. 

Active in the community, Wilson K. Jui volunteers a lot of his personal time with various not-for-profit organizations focused on Environmental, Social and Governance issues important to Bank of America. As a leader in the Asian Leadership Network and Southern California Employee Network, he mentors numerous associates within Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Wilson K. Jui grew up in Laguna Hills, CA and is a long-time Southern California native. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science/Economics. He currently resides in San Clemente, California with his wife and two daughters.
