WILLIE S. HALE is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the North Texas market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He manages and seeks out commercial customers in the $5MM+ revenue space. He leads a team of specialists to deliver financial strategies and tailored solutions to fit each client’s needs. Willie’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.
Bringing 16 years of experience, Willie joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2022. He began his banking career at JP Morgan Chase and has experience in both commercial underwriting and business portfolio management. Throughout his banking career, Willie has served mid-sized companies throughout the North Texas area to support their commercial banking needs.
To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Willie volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on education, health & child development most recently with the Rockwall YMCA. He stays involved with his local community by being a part of the local chamber and other local community groups.
Willie graduated from LeTourneau University with a BBA in 2007. He graduated with an emphasis on finance and mathematics along with completing a comprehensive credit collect with JP Morgan Chase.
