Vivian Tao is a relationship manager in the Inland Empire market for Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include managing and leading the activities of a team focused on delivering strategic financial guidance and solutions throughout the Inland Empire marketplace. Vivian’s mission is to help local companies grow, improve cash flow, manage U.S. and international payments, and invest for the future. The team fulfills this mission by focusing on credit lending, deposits, and cash management solutions to privately held companies with annual revenues from $5 million to $50 million. Targeted industries and business include aerospace, restaurant, distribution, logistics and wholesalers, among others.

Vivian began her career with Bank of America in 2008 as a teller in the financial center. She held many roles during her time in retail banking including sales service specialist and senior personal banker, before transitioning to business banking in 2013 with the Inland Empire market.

Vivian Tao graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the California Polytechnic University of Pomona in 2008.  Originally from China, Vivian moved to Southern California back in 2002.  Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, exploring her creative side with DIY projects and playing badminton. She currently resides in Chino with her husband and two daughters.
