Vishwa is a seasoned Banking professional with over 25 years of experience. Vishwa joined Bank of America in May 2022 after spending 18 years with JPMorgan Chase Bank in Chicago where she was an Executive Director in the Commercial Bank. Vishwa has an extensive experience in managing a large team of Business Relationship Managers who work with privately held companies with revenues up to $100 million.

Vishwa found her passion in banking while working as a part time teller during her college years. Prior to joining a bank, Vishwa was pursuing her education in Medicine following her family traditions. Soon after working in a bank, she realized that her passion was in Business and changed her major to Business and Accounting. Vishwa received her B.A. in Accounting from Athens State University of Alabama. She was promoted to various roles on the operations side before taking on the role of a Personal Banker at Chase Bank in 2004. After being recognized as a National Achiever in the Personal Banker and Business Banker role (5years in a row), she was chosen to participate in the Business Banking Leadership Program in 2010.  After graduating from the program in 2011, she was asked to take an Area Manager role. After joining Business Banking, Vishwa’s interest grew around working with business owners and has spent the last 12 years of her career managing business clients alongside with her team of bankers.

Vishwa takes much pride in developing others and helping them achieve their career goals. Vishwa is known as a problem solver, task master, very disciplined, and process oriented. She participates in several groups and is very active within her community. Within JPMC, Vishwa was a territory leader for Culture Council and participated in various Business Resource Group activities including Women on the Move and focused on Women Minority Veteran owned business initiatives. She plays an important role around recruiting and talent acquisition initiative for her market.

Vishwa was Born and raised in India and moved to United States in 1996 with her parents and 3 siblings. She recently moved to Madison, AL with her husband, Bijal and 11 years old daughter Janki where she joined Bank of America to help the firm with their expansion in North Alabama. Besides working at Bank of America, she also owns a Business called PJ’S Coffee of New Orleans. When she isn’t glued to a computer screen, she spends time cooking, entertaining family and friends, doing yoga, and trying very hard not to play candy crush. Vishwa enjoys traveling around the world to her favorite beach vacation spots.
