Profile

Vince is a Senior Vice President and Market Executive for the Greater Phoenix Market, serving private sector small to mid-size companies across Maricopa County and northern Arizona.  In this role, he leads a team of Relationship Managers who deliver strategic financial advice and solutions for growth-oriented companies to enhance cash flow & liquidity, responsibly structure debt, reduce risk, including internal and external fraud, and maximize enterprise value.  As a 27-year veteran of Bank of America, Vince has dedicated his career to helping Arizona entrepreneurs and their families thrive. 

Prior to his current role, Vince was a Centralized Commercial Credit Executive with Bank of America’s Enterprise Credit, where he was responsible for centralized teams of Lending Officers and Credit Analysts that supported multiple Business Banking and Middle Market Regions, as well as Agribusiness nationally.  Prior to this, Vince held a variety of management and client relationship management roles.

Vince is a member of the Leadership Council for the Military Support & Assistance Group, an employee volunteer organization that supports active & former duty military service members and their families through a variety of community activities.  He is also active with the Bank of America Foundation, helping direct more than $3 million per year in charitable giving.

Outside of Bank of America, Vince is a member of the W.P. Carey School of Business Dean’s Council, a TGEN Ambassador, and past Board member of several prolific AZ organizations: Greater Phoenix Economic Council’s International Leadership Council, Metro Phoenix Export Alliance, and Arizona Town Hall, a non-profit organization that helps to solve Arizona’s greatest economic and social challenges through a process of civil discourse, consensus building, and community education.   

Vince is an Arizona native, and earned a B.S. in Business Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University, and a Graduate Certificate from Pacific Coast Banking School at University of Washington.  He is married with two children, and enjoys Dirt Bikes, SCUBA diving, fishing, and Martial Arts.
