Vincent Sims is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Middle Tennessee market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Vincent’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.


Bringing 19 years of experience, Vincent joined Bank of America in 2022. He began his banking career at AmSouth/Regions Bank where he was most recently Commercial Relationship Manager in Middle Tennessee. Throughout his banking career, Vincent has served mid-sized companies throughout the Middle Tennessee] area to support their commercial banking needs.


To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he has volunteered with several not-for-profit organizations including the 2nd Harvest Food Bank, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.  Over the years he has also served as a mentor for teammates with which he has worked and as a member and leader in the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council.


Originally from Nashville, TN Vincent graduated from Father Ryan High School as well as graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Tennessee State University.
