Trevor is motivated by helping his clients and relationships succeed. He achieves this by putting his ingenuity to work in crafting solutions that allow businesses to thrive. He focuses on uncovering every possible pain point and obstacle that a company might face, giving clients the tools they need to better navigate their day-to-day and long-term challenges. Trevor is energized by providing guidance to support efficiency, and finds it especially rewarding if he can help clients through down-cycles or enable them to improve their creditworthiness. Trevor is a self-starter who not only supports clients’ primary business needs, but ensures they can access the banks full resources, including product expertise, industry research, thought leadership and benchmarking analysis.

His proactive approach extends to his personal life, and Trevor is an active member of his local community. As the owner of an historic home, he enjoys renovation projects that require all the skills he’s honed in his banking career—focus, resourcefulness and patience. Trevor is originally from East Grand Rapids, MI, and graduated from The University of Michigan with a BA in Economics. He resides in Forest Park, IL and loves getting out and about with his wife, Hillary, and their young son, Earl.
