With 20 Years Banking experience and a passion to see people thrive in their environment, Tracey is well respected by her peers as a mentor to help deliver a one team approach. This leadership extends beyond the workplace and shows within the communities she has been involved with over the years. She spends most of her free time between Fort Lauderdale and the Gulf Coast coaching her new college student as he navigates his first year at USF.
