ProfileAs Relationship Manager, Tracy is one of Bank of America’s leaders in the Jacksonville Market. She connects businesses, families and individuals to the banking and investment teams that can deliver the global financial resources and expertise of Bank of America. She also leads the work to deploy Bank of America’s resources across the market and the region to address social and economic concerns and build strong communities.
Tracy has over twenty years in the financial sector covering the Florida and Georgia market. Throughout her career she has demonstrated expertise while working with large municipalities, publicly held companies, and hospital systems with revenues exceeding $2 billion. Tracy has held numerous leadership positions, served on client committees, and has an active role in the bank’s Disability, Asian, Environmental and Black Professional networks.
She is a Jacksonville native and active member of her community, with a heightened focus on serving the needs of children. In this effort, she partners with several non-profit agencies such as Guardian Ad Litem, Duval County Public Schools and GrowFL.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. She has three children, John, Myah, and Jada. The Kemps are members at a Life for a Life Ministries in Jacksonville, Florida.
