Therese is passionate about talking to business owners about how they got started and what they want for the future , and assisting them to get there. She believes that each business has its own unique story, and consequently require solutions tailored to its individual path to success. To make sure this happens, Therese actively listens to clients to become their trusted advisor, engaging with their needs and forming long-term. With a background in commercial banking and credit, she puts her experience to work to offer creative ideas and solutions.


Therese takes pride in how the bank helps local businesses and communities and is always looking for ways to amplify this success. Her own work in the community is part of this drive, and she volunteers for several charities, including those targeting hunger and better housing. Therese started donating blood in in high school and is now in the 8-gallon club.   In her personal life, Therese enjoys hiking new trails and spending time with family and friends.  She had been a beginner golfer for 5 years.
