Tatia Cummings is a Senior Relationship Manager for the Middle Tennessee market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Tatia’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Tatia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Engineering from the University Autonoma of Bucaramanga in Colombia, her experience in the banking and financial services spans two countries as well as the private and government sectors. She began her banking career at Colmena Bank in Colombia South America, and has sealed a number of profitable relationships as Commercial Banker in the Tennessee Market since 2004 and joined Bank of America in 2017.

Tatia is actively involved in the community, volunteering at various agencies including Second Harvest Food and Habitat for Humanity. She also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America, as a member and leader in the Power of 10 Network, The Nashville Next Generation Leaders, and is the Employee Satisfaction & Diversity & Inclusion Champion for the Nashville Commercial Banking Group. 

Tatia has served on the board of North Crest Medical Center, the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board, The AHA Next Generation of Trustee Engagement and The Young Leaders Council. She is also the recipient of several awards, including the Nashville Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40”.
