Susan is a graduate of University of Washington Pacific Coast Banking School (Alumni Council), Phoenix Community College with an AA in Banking and Finance and LEAD San Diego Honor graduate. Susan joined Bank of America in 1990 as a Financial Center Manager in San Diego prior to becoming a Senior Relationship Manager with commercial banking. Susan has been the recipient of several awards including the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN), one of San Diego’s most prestigious business recognition awards given to women who have made significant contributions to their industries and communities, San Diego Business Journal finalist for Women Who Mean Business, Bank of America Spirit of Excellence, Leadership, Superstar, Top Gun honors, Pinnacle Award winner (Business Banking’s top honor for employees who deliver exceptional results in serving clients, teammates and the company) and the 2016 Grit Award winner, highlighting commitment to her clients & community collaboration across all channels.
