Steven Lacroix is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Rhode Island Market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Steven’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing 38 years of experience, Steven joined Bank of America in 1985. He has also held many roles over the course of his career at Bank of America. These roles include areas within accounting, product & marketing, reward & recognition, sales management, consumer banking, mergers & acquisitions, and small business.  In his current role, Steven serves mid-sized companies throughout the Rhode Island area to support their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Steven volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations, most recently with INSIGHT.  He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America as a member/volunteer in various groups. In addition, he was a past member of the Providence Rotary and a member of the Providence Chamber of Commerce.
Originally from Pawtucket, RI, now residing in Wakefield, RI,  Steven, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Major from Bryant University. Steven enjoys spending time with family, travel and sporting events.  He is a avid golfer.
