Profile

Steve draws on decades of experience to come up with thoughtful ways for clients to thrive. He takes a client-centric approach, examining what business owners need to accomplish and how his team can help make that happen. He believes that each business has its own unique story, and consequently require solutions tailored to its individual path to success. To make sure this happens, Steve actively listens to clients to become their trusted advisor, engaging with their needs and forming long-term relationships.

His intellectual curiosity constantly motivates him to take on new challenges — he’s been the digital champion for the region for the past five years, enjoying the connections he’s made and the satisfaction that comes from giving businesses the tools they need to become more efficient. Steve takes pride in how the bank helps local businesses and communities, and is always looking for ways to amplify this success. His own work in the community is part of this drive, and he volunteers for a number of charities, including those targeting hunger and better housing. His love of learning new things extends into his spare time, and he enjoys traveling with his family and exploring different cultures.
