Profile

Stacy Faison serves as Senior Vice President in Global Commercial Banking for Bank of America, a multitrillion dollar financial institution. He serves in a Client Advisory role as “Senior Banker” for the market and is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial relationships with annual revenues of $5MM and greater. He is accountable for relationship selectivity, acquisition and deepening existing relationships through cross-selling, driving relationship profitability and client satisfaction. He specializes in building a unique advisory relationship with a variety of client contacts including business owners, Treasurers, CFOs and CEOs regarding topics such as the client industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues. Mr. Faison understands his client’s business fully, serves as an advocate for the relationship within the bank and acts as a trusted advisor for their relationships. In addition, he develops the overall relationship strategy through a thorough analysis of risks, opportunities and impacts to the bank, and is responsible for leading and coordinating client team members in the execution of the Client Management Process. Mr. Faison leads the relationship team and partners with credit, treasury and other Bank of America / Merrill Lynch product partners to ensure quality assessment of the relationship and prospect needs and integrated design and execution of financial solutions.

Prior to joining Bank of America, he served as Regional President of a $1BB+ community bank. He served on the Sr. Mgt. team, Risk Management & Strategic Initiatives Committee. He has an extensive background in commercial, wholesale, retail and private wealth banking.

Mr. Faison is Immediate Past Chairman of the Piedmont Foundation Board and was recently appointed to the Alabama Trust Fund Board by Governor Kay Ivey. He serves on the Board of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, Alabama Bankers Association- “Bankers 2 Leaders” division and Troy University’s Dean’s Advisory Board for the Sorrell College of Business. He is a Lifetime Member of the TU National Alumni Association.

After earning a B.S.B.A in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from Troy University, he went on to graduate from Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and Georgia Bankers Association, Graduate School of Banking Program. Mr. Faison is a 2020 graduate of the Alabama Bankers Association Bank Executive Leadership Program. He was also recognized as Troy University’s Distinguished National Alumnus of the Year in 2007.
