Shveta is a problem solver who likes to find creative ways to get things done. She motivates her team to be a trusted advisor to companies and help them scale, improve cash flow and invest for the future.

Profile

Shveta is dedicated to building long term relationships and becoming a valued resource for her clients and her team. She thrives on understanding client needs and offering new perspectives. This approach comes out of her experiences in investment banking and working with large  corporates, both here and in India. When she moved to business banking, Shveta realized that clients often didn’t consider more complex solutions and her experience helps to bridge that knowledge gap. She enjoys seeing the immediate impact her input can bring, helping to make clients’ lives easier and put them on  path to growth.

 
She leads a team that shares that commitment, helping with anything from digital transformation and ESG issues to selecting vendors committed to net zero goals. Her drive to help others is reflected in her work for the community, including initiatives that empower  women entrepreneurs and minority-owned businesses. She’s also active in the bank’s Better Money Habits program, helping young people learn about managing their finances. In her personal life, Shveta enjoys spending time with family and following her twin passions of good food and travel.
