Profile

Sean Sullivan is a Senior Relationship Manager for the Central Alabama market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Sean’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex. 

Bringing 23 years of experience, Sean joined Bank of America in 2009. He has also served as a Treasury Solutions Officer in the Business Banking and Middle Market segments where his focus was helping companies utilize bank solutions in order to improve working capital management, to consult and assist in systems integration between company applications and bank information and also to help drive digital adoption for process automation related to the AP and AR functions. Throughout his banking career, Sean has served mid-sized companies throughout the Southeast and Pacific Southwest area to support their commercial banking needs.

Originally from Birmingham, Sean graduated from John Carroll Catholic High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He also holds a Certified Treasury Professional designation issued by the Association for Financial Professionals. Sean is an active ambassador in the bank’s National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) committee and member of the Alabama NAWBO chapter as well as an active participant in the Alabama Trucking Association (ATA). He resides in Birmingham with his wife (Shelley) and his two daughters (Savannah and Kristina).
