She brings nearly 25 years of commercial banking experience to her work, cultivating client success with her expertise in creative financing, cash management, company mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, portfolio management, and risk management.
Sarah is an active contributor in Bank of America national initiatives including LIBOR Cessation Subject Matter Expert and LIBOR National Transition Champion, Credit Digitization Process Team-member, Cyber Ambassador, and alumnus of the Southwest Region Executive Council.
She is involved in employee leadership networks fostering connections and opportunities throughout the Bank, including Brazilian Organization for Leadership and Advancement; Military Support & Assistance Group; Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Women; Hispanic/Latino Organization for Leadership and Advancement; and LGBTQ+ Pride.
Sarah is an associate member of AFCEA Alamo Chapter, is involved with the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Council, and Cyber Security San Antonio. She is also a graduate of the Leadership San Antonio class 31.
Sarah is active in the community serving as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of San Antonio Pets Alive! [SAPA!], and having served as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Brighton Center, Chairperson of the Finance Committee for Brighton Center, the Executive Committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s 2009 Light the Night Walk, and the Southwest Foundation for Biomedical Research’s Founders Council.
She is passionate about her work as a mentor for high school students in the InspireU Academy through Communities in Schools. She also serves as a coach for teammates at Bank of America in the Relationship Management Development Program and is an alumnus of the Bank's Southwest Region Executive Council.
Originally from Brazil, Sarah is fluent in Portuguese, and is a graduate from Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Multinational Business Operations. She currently resides in San Antonio, TX.
