Roberto Guardado is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Los Angeles Metro Market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Roberto’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.Bringing 11 years of experience, Roberto joined Bank of America in May 2012. In his most recent role as a Small Business Solutions Advisor, his primary responsibility was to help deliver lending solutions to the small business community within the Los Angeles Metro Market. Roberto has demonstrated expertise in Commercial Real Estate, SBA Loans, Equipment Financing, and other business financing solutions that are instrumental to a business. Throughout his banking career, Roberto has proven to be key advisor to small business owners and now to mid-size businesses with annual sales ranging from $5MM-$50MM, by delivering core banking solutions and/or lending needs.
To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Roberto volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on ending hunger, homelessness, and providing financial literacy. In addition, he is very passionate on helping colleagues achieve success within their career. He serves as a mentor to other teammates across Bank of America and a member to various internal organizations such as HOLA, ALN and others. Roberto was born and raised in Boyle Heights, California and now lives within San Gabriel Valley.
