Bob Cook draws 30 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, credit analysis, and business development, with 10 years in leadership positions.  He leads a team of Commercial Relationship Managers across two states who work with business owners and management teams to understand their businesses needs and proactively provide strategic advice and integrated financial solutions that help their clients succeed.

Clients are generally locally-owned businesses or local non-profits with revenues usually between $10 million and $75 million.  Industries tend to mirror the local economy with concentrations in manufacturing, distributing, wholesaling, fabrication, international trade, medical, trucking, specialty foods, food processing, beverage, printing and professional services.  We are usually able to assist the top performers in almost any industry.

Products, services and business experiences include: credit of all kinds, deposit and foreign trade enhancement, acquisitions and major or minor changes in ownership, divesting or selling of businesses or business units, treasury management, asset protection, acceleration of cash flow, fraud prevention, buying, selling or improving real estate, establishing and reviewing retirement plan options, margin improvement, profitability enhancement and much more depending upon specific client need.

He is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, California State University, Northridge with a B.S in Finance and completed the Personal Financial Planning program through UCLA Extension. Board participation has included Treasurer of the Urban League of Portland, financial literacy non-profit Financial Beginnings, Scouting, Chamber of Commerce, youth service groups and other religious and community volunteer organizations.
