Richard Oladapo is a Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager in Business Banking. In this capacity, his focus is how to best maximize the Bank of America’s Eight lines of businesses to deliver integrated  financial advice and solutions to meet the needs of  mid-sized  local companies. Richard brings over 20-years of banking experience supporting local and national businesses in obtaining SBA-backed loans for business needs; including purchasing commercial real estate, business equipment, business acquisition, franchise deals, partner buyouts and working capital

Richard Oladapo's previous experience in banking includes asset/liability-Interest rate exposure management, investment management - investing bank's excess funds in various securities such as corporate and treasury bonds; experience in arbitrage for the bank; money desk manager; manage community reinvestment and fair lending issues. Other area of expertise includes risk assessment and mitigation; financial analysis, team training and leadership business development, deposit and loan portfolio management.

He graduated from University of Evansville, Indiana with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration - concentration in International Business. He also earned his Graduate degree from the same university in Business Administration - with concentration in Economics.

He is an ardent runner - running six times weekly averaging 50 to 60 miles per week. Richard is also a former member of Los Angeles local UNICEF Chapter and former member of Board of Advisory Pacific Coast Small Business Regional Corporation.
