Redonna Carpenter-Woods career in the financial services industry spans over 30+ years. She joined Bank of America in 2011 and has held numerous leadership and individual contributor roles throughout her career.  In her current role, she leads a team of financial professionals who deliver strategic, integrated advisory financial guidance and solutions to companies, with $5 million to $50 million in annual revenues.

 Bringing a broad range of experience, Redonna has served in many roles prior to Market Executive, including Regional Sales Manager, Banking Center Manager, SBA Loan Manager, SBA Business Development Officer, Business Banking - Sr. Relationship Manager, she has spent most of her career in Southern California.

Redonna holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, with an emphasis in Business Management and a master’s level certificate from the Pacific Coast Banking School, in Seattle, Washington. She is also an active volunteer in the community. She currently serves on the board of directors for The Discovery Cube, Los Angeles, in Sylmar, CA. Redonna was honored in with the 2022 Top Women in Business Award, by the Pacific Coast Business Times.
