Robert's mission is to help local businesses and organizations grow, improve cash flow, manage risk, invest for the future, and to help make financial lives better. The team fulfills the mission by delivering specialized services and financial advice that is customized for businesses and organizations with annual revenues from $5 million to $50 million that is consultative and relevant with concentration on credit and lending, deposits, and cash management solutions. Tailoring his approach to each client, Robert collaborates with his team to empower local Orange County businesses and organizations to help drive growth and efficiency, while additionally providing specific industry and economic insights as well as trends, data insights, and peer comparisons that are specific to their related industry.
Robert began his banking career in 2007 and has spent 15+ years in the financial services industry, having served consumers, individual investors, not-for-profits, local governments, and privately owned businesses in Orange County for financial institutions ranging from global institutions to local community banks. Robert is a passionate supporter in community involvement and volunteer efforts, with an invested interest in cancer research, advocacy for children and mental health, autism support and research, anti-bullying support, K-12 educational resources, and other various initiatives integral to creating a sustainable future for both his clients and the communities they serve.
Robert is native to Orange County and spent over 30 years residing in the OC market and 3 years in Colorado before returning to Southern California. He currently resides in Laguna Niguel, CA with his wife of 16 years, three sons, and two dogs.
