Racquel Saika is a Relationship Manager for the LA South Bay and Long Beach Market at Bank of America. Racquel leads a team of specialists providing financial guidance to mid-sized companies and offering strategic solutions in credit, treasury management, trade, equipment finance, merchant services, and wealth management. 

Racquel joined Bank of America in 1993. Throughout her 30-year career at the bank, Racquel has been a key player in various segments, including commercial banking, not-for-profit, healthcare, institutions, treasury management, trade finance, foreign exchange, servicing, and operations.

Racquel completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Certificate in Business Analytics. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Arizona. Racquel and her family reside in Long Beach, California.
