Porsha Dawkins is the Assistant Vice President and Commercial Associate II for Business Banking at Bank of America, where she passionately leads a team that is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of each client. With a genuine mission to help local businesses thrive, Porsha is committed to guiding small and mid-sized companies in the Bay Area toward achieving their goals, no matter how simple or complex they may be.

With over 13 years of experience in the financial industry, Porsha has been a key member of Bank of America since 2011. Throughout her career, she has focused on building long-lasting relationships with her clients, especially Women-Owned and Minority-Owned Businesses, helping them grow and succeed with customized solutions.

Porsha’s dedication goes beyond her role as a trusted banker. She is passionately committed to giving back to her community, actively working with with nonprofit organizations that focus on community development, financial education and promoting financial literacy. She serves as the Operations Co-Chair for the Black Professionals Group (BPG), where she advocates for diversity and inclusion and helps create opportunities for the next generation of professionals.

A proud Oakland, California native, Porsha continues to live in her hometown with her family. She cherishes spending time with her three children and enjoys attending local sporting events and operating her own business.
