Profile

Natalia Endersbe is a Sr. Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Minnesota Market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America.  In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client's unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.  Natalia's mission is to deliver excellent service while helping her clients pursue and achieve their business goals, no matter how simple or complex.

Natalia joined Bank of America in 2018 and has been in the banking industry since 2011.  In her previous role, she was a Business Banker for a local regional bank where Natalia served small to mid-sized companies throughout the Twin Cities.  Natalia's clients appreciate her passion, genuine approach, and creativity that she brings to each relationship. 

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities we serve, Natalia is active in her volunteering efforts and also participates in several internal and external women leadership networking groups.

Natalia earned her MBA from the University of MN – Carlson School of Business with a focus on Finance and Economics. Previously, Natalia graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from the University of St. Thomas. In her free time, Natalia enjoys traveling, exploring the MN outdoors, live music, and spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in Minnetonka, MN with her husband (Erik) son (Eli), and dog (Maeve).
