She serves as a Senior Relationship Manager on the team led by Market President, Marilyn Bush. As a leader, Michelle takes the time needed to connect with business owners, understanding their company, family, and employees’ priorities. Michelle aims to continuously deliver ideas and solutions that are actionable and effective for her clients and display shared success.At the onset, Michelle started as a Senior Business Credit Specialist in Small Business Banking at the height of the economic downturn. Her multiple roles increased from individual contributor to leadership while establishing her presence as a SBA lending subject matter expert. Prior to joining BofA, she spent over 12 years as an SBA stakeholder at GE Capital Finance Corp and Zions Bank.

Michelle & her husband are 3 for 3 in their mission to support their children’s accomplishment of becoming college graduates! This continues their family legacy around the importance of education and the increased potential for overall wellness!
