Mike Lucia is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Long Island Market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America.  In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions.  Mike’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or complex.

Bringing 13 years of experience, Mike joined Bank of America in 2016.  He began his banking career at JPMorgan Chase where he was most recently a Small Business Relationship Manager in Lawrence, NY.  Throughout his banking career, Mike has served mid-sized companies throughout the Long Island area to support their commercial banking needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Mike volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on ending hunger and homelessness, most recently with Habitat for Humanity, Family Service League, and Island Harvest.  He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a member and leader in the Inter-Generational Employee Network and the Parents & Caregivers Network.  In addition, he serves on the Risk Management Association Young Professionals Committee, Hauppauge Industrial Association, Commercial Industry Broker’s Society, Long Island Association, and New York State Society of CPA’s.

Originally from Dallas, TX, Mike graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.  He currently resides in West Sayville, NY.
