Profile

Melissa Potter is a Senior Business Relationship Manager for Bank of America serving the Greater Seattle area.  Having over 18 years of banking experience, Melissa's main objective is to provide a World-Class banking experience to her clients while providing them the tools and resources to achieve their goals.

Whether simple or complex, Melissa leads a team of skilled specialists focused on providing thoughtful and tailored solutions to meet your unique banking needs.  Working together, Melissa and her team strive to provide you and your business with the tools and resources necessary to conquer your short and long term objectives and grow effectively. 

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Melissa has a passion for serving her local community and empowering others.  Melissa understands the importance of promoting diversity and inclusiveness both within Bank of America and outside.  She volunteers at several not-for-profit organizations including Salt of the Earth and PAWS.  Melissa also serves on the Membership Comittee for the Disability Advocacy Network.  Melissa obtained her Baccalaureate from the University of Washington and was a Dean's List recipient.  She later earned her Master's in Business Finance with Ashford University graduating with Honors.
