Melissa Cascio is a Commercial Associate II for Global Banking & Markets, Commercial Banking at Bank of America, based in Columbia, Maryland.

In this role, Melissa supports a team of relationship managers by analyzing and forecasting customer data to better serve and deepen customer relationships in the $5 to $50 million-business revenue space. Her goal is to enhance the client experience by leveraging Bank of America's resources and market intel to assist clients growing their business and formulate strategies for success. 

With over 20 years of leadership, customer service, and management experience, Melissa joined Bank of America in 2022 and is using her skill set to facilitate responsible growth for her clients.

Originally from New York and raised in New Jersey, Melissa moved to Maryland in 2014. She now lives there with her spouse, their daughter, and their loveable boxer, Daisy.
