Mark Dodson is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the South Bay/Long Beach markets in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Mark’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing nine years of commercial real estate and banking experience, Mark joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2019. He has also served as Relationship Manager and Business Development Officer at Wells Fargo. He previously spent four years as Vice President at NorthMarq Capital, a privately-held commercial real estate lender and brokerage firm in Newport Beach. Throughout his career, Mark has served mid-sized companies throughout the Greater Los Angeles area to support their commercial banking needs. In addition, he is also involved with the Loyola Marymount University Real Estate Alumni Group, the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council, and the Torrance Memorial Medical Center Young Physicians and Professionals Alliance.

Originally from London, England, Mark holds a dual MBA in Finance and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, a Master’s in Education from University of Redlands, and a Bachelor of Sciences from Ithaca College. He resides in Redondo Beach.
