Marilyn is passionate about the success of her team, her clients & committed to building strong communities throughout the St. Louis Region.

Profile

In her roles as President of Bank of America St. Louis and Market Executive for Business Banking, Marilyn believes that success originates from serving others. Whether advising early-stage entrepreneurs or multi-generational, family-owned businesses, her team’s mission is helping clients grow and prosper, ensuring their families and employees achieve their life priorities. The same principles hold true in serving her teammates and the broader St. Louis community.  Investing time and resources to advance racial equality and economic opportunity for all will ensure everyone has a chance to succeed in life.

Marilyn began her career as a credit trainee. She was excited to work for a company that was investing in her future. This launched her commercial banking pathway, leading to her current positions and passion to “pay it forward”. She’s a champion of women and diversity and actively supports the power of mentorship. She founded Bank of America’s St. Louis LEAD for Women Chapter, chaired the YWCA Women in the Workplace Leader Lunch and the United Way Women’s Leadership Society. 

Fun facts about me?

Marilyn is an aviation enthusiast. She has her private pilot license and flies a Cirrus SR20.  She proudly serves as a pilot for Young Eagles, a program which introduces youth to their first flight and the world of aviation. 

Marilyn has a passion for fashion, travel and hiking. Her greatest gift in life is her son Jack, and stepdaughters, Natalie and Claudia.  Ask me about Jack. His story is 10X better than mine!
