Marcus is excited to be a part of the Charlotte team and has over 26 years of diverse banking experience, including time in Consumer Branch leadership, Small Business, Commercial, Commercial Loan Workout & Commercial Real Estate. Marcus is a banker that focuses all his time on being consultative, strategic and a solutions focused relationship  banker.

Marcus is a North Carolina native who has worked all across the State (Charlotte, Wilmington, Greensboro). He has been applauded by his clients for his ability to tailor solutions to meet their short and long term financial needs, both personal and business, while also helping them achieve profitable growth.   

Marcus has a Finance degree from UNC Charlotte and a MBA from Pfeiffer University. Marcus is involved in the community in various capacities to include UNC Charlotte Belk Alumni Council, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Aspire Community Capital and Lake Norman Economic Development.

Marcus has been married to his wife Nicole for 24 years and they have a son and daughter, Jordan & Alaia.  In his spare time, Marcus likes to volunteer, exercise, travel and ride his motorcycle.
