Profile

Lynn Coates is a Relationship Manager for the Syracuse, NY and surrounding markets with Business Banking at Bank of America. Lynn leads a team of  local dedicated advisors that work at helping businesses achieve their goals. We focus on understanding each clients unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions no matter how simple or complex.

Lynn is personally invested in the success of her clients, their employees and families- a commitment that empowers businesses, improves communities, and builds strong, long-lasting relationships.

Lynn lives and works in the Syracuse, NY area. She started her banking career at Bank of Montreal in Ottawa, Canada for 20 years holding many positions from teller, to manager of the auto-finance dept to ending in investment banking, when her husband was transferred to Dallas, TX. In 2012 she joined Bank of America on the retail side and transitioned over to business banking in 2018.

  Lynn spends a lot of her time volunteering in her community, she is on the Board of Onondaga Kennel Club and President of the Golden Retriever Club of Central New York. She also has a therapy dog that she volunteers with at various schools, nursing homes and hospitals. Lynn spends a lot of her weekends competing in conformation with her beloved Golden Bodhi.
