Profile

Lucas Giambelluca is President of Bank of America, and Business Banking Market Executive, for the Minnesota Market. Lucas leads the effort to build stronger communities and deliver for our clients and team members. He helps our communities through day to day business activities, employee volunteer programs and philanthropic support.

In Business Banking, Lucas' teams works with mid-sized companies. He helps his teams deepen relationships, and win new business, by delivering innovative insights and strategic financial solutions. Lucas is committed to delivering world class capabilities and connecting clients to our other lines of business for all their financial needs.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Lucas volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Heartland, the Minneapolis Institute of Art and other local not-for-profit organizations. He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America and is a member and leader of the Midwest Executive Council, Employee Satisfaction Council and Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Lucas graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics from Luther College. He resides in Saint Paul, MN.
