Linda K. Salters is a Sr. Relationship Manager for the Central Ohio market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Linda’s mission is to serve her client’s needs across the full spectrum of financial services to further enhance their business success. 

Bringing 14+ years of experience, Linda joined Bank of America in 2022.  Her passion for business started pre-college when she began to operate as a general manager of a small restaurant outfit for over 10 years. Her banking career began in 2008 with JP Morgan Chase and evolved through a variety of roles and departments.  This experience enhanced her innate capability to read situations and learn systems and processes quickly and efficiently in order to make appropriate choices to better serve relationships and support internal and external partners.  During her banking career, Linda has served a variety of different size and industry specific companies throughout Ohio as a single point of contact to holistically meet clients' diverse and often complex banking needs. 

Linda was born and raised in north Columbus by two hard working parents in a small neighborhood close to Dublin Granville Rd.  She is a proud long-term Columbus native who now resides in a close suburb to the greatest city in Ohio. Linda is often seen at community volunteer events in her local neighborhood supporting initiatives for childhood hunger, mental illness, and women’s empowerment.  As a mother to a young Big Walnut Eagle, she is also the coach of youth soccer in the fall and spring as well as youth basketball in the winter.

Linda graduated with a double major BA from The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!) and later acquired her graduate degree from The Bowling Green State University.  She has completed a variety of commercial lending and upper-level banking courses with the Ohio Banker’s league over the last 5 years to further refine her skills in the business banking world.  Linda currently resides in Sunbury, OH with her husband and son.
