Leslie Ford is a Vice President and Relationship Manager with Bank of America Business Banking in the Inland Empire Market of California.  Drawing on his extensive banking knowledge, he leads a team of highly experienced Banking, Treasury, and Lending specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique priorities to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Leslie’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or complex.

Bringing 14 years of experience in the Banking and Mortgage industries, Leslie joined Bank of America in 2014. After working to develop the Underwriting template used to vet and advance credit opportunities nationwide while aligned with the Client Development Group, he transitioned to Small Business as a Banker in the Inland Empire before accepting his current role in Business Banking. Throughout his banking career, Leslie has developed expertise serving mid-sized companies throughout Greater Los Angeles and the Inland Empire, to achieve their expansion goals, sustain their place in the market, and support their commercial banking needs.
