Kyle Popiolek is a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the New York City South market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists in various fields, including cash management services; working capital, real estate and equipment financing; Merchant Services; and Foreign Exchange, focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. While Kyle manages relationships for companies across various industries, he has a specific focus in food & beverage manufacturers and distributors.  But regardless of the industry, Kyle’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing over 18 years of experience, Kyle joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007, and has gained valuable knowledge across all levels of the banking industry throughout his career.  Prior to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he worked as a Small Business Credit Officer for The Washington Trust Company, a small community bank in Southeast New England; and Citizens Bank, a mid-size regional bank throughout the Northeast, where Kyle began his banking career.  Kyle also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and is a member of the Parents & Caregivers Network and HOLA, two of the Bank of America's employee affinity groups.

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Kyle now lives in Bergen County, NJ with this wife, 5 year old son, and 3 year old daughter.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island and is an avid baseball player and runner, completing 18 marathons and 3 half marathons to date.
