In my role as a Relationship Manager, I strive to forge relationships with business owners and decision makers to better understand their day-to-day pain points and methods of operation. Next steps are to collaborate and forge a plan of action to help the company mitigate those issues and perform exceptionally. My favorite thing about being a banker is the ability to meet the people who make America move and be a value-add for their organization.

I have been in banking for close to 20 years now and I have worked for a community bank, a super regional bank and of course my current role at Bank of America, one of the largest banks in the world. This experience has given me a unique perspective on banking processes and what works and what does not work. This gives businesses that work with me access to that past experience in order to help shape future performance.

Rising tides raise all boats... this is the mantra I live by as a Commercial Banker and truly feel if we can help raise the profile of Knoxville businesses, we can raise the profile of Knoxville itself.
