In her role, Karil leads a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Karil’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.Bringing over 17 years of experience, Karil started her career with Bank of America in Treasury Management where she worked with companies to provide working capital and cash management strategic advice and solutions. For the last 4 years, Karil has served as a Relationship Manager, providing strategic solutions and advice for companies with revenues between $5 million and $50 million. In her role, Karil leads a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Karil’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.
As a member of the bank’s Parent and Caregiver Network Communications team, Karil writes monthly blogs with information related to parenting and caregiving. In addition, Karil leads the Arkansas Community Volunteer organization, where she plans and organizes statewide volunteer events. As part of this effort, Karil volunteers over 200 hours in the communities where she lives and works.
Karil is not only passionate about serving the needs of the businesses in our communities, she is also passionate about community involvement and changing the lives of our most at risk youth and children with special needs

Mother to 6 kids, as well as several prior foster children. I believe that kindness and love will conquer all.

Education: Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas. MBA from University of Central Arkansas.
