Kara was born and raised in Eden, NY, home of the Eden Corn Festival. She currently lives and resides in Hamburg, NY with her husband and son, along with her two golden retrievers, Benny and Dexter. Kara earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University and began her banking career shortly after graduating.
