As a Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, Justin brings a diverse skill set to the Western Pennsylvania Market.

He came to Bank of America in 2022 with 18 years of experience in the financial services industry.  Justin’s background centers on client, product and financial management.  Justin advises middle market business owners/operators on commercial banking matters across the tristate market of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.  Justin prides himself on taking a consultative approach, first understanding the business operations, owner’s goals and financial strategies. 

Justin holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), along with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance from Kent State University, where he was also a four year letter winner for the Football Team.

Justin currently sits on the Board of Directors of Southwest Training Services (SWTS) where he also acts as the Treasurer.  SWTS helps employers and job seekers make informed employment and training choices.  The organization serves Washington and Greene counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania.  Justin is also on the Board of Directors of The Brownson House, organizing and managing youth sports leagues in a low income area.  He previously sat on the Policy Council and Finance Committee of Blueprints, an organization that administers Head Start and Even Start programs.  Justin grew up in Washington, PA and currently resides in South Strabane, PA (Washington County).  He is married (Courtney) with one child (Connor 10).  Justin enjoys golfing and spending time coaching his son in baseball, basketball and flag football.
