Justin Wong is a Senior Vice President and National Digital Executive for Business Banking. In this role, he leads the highly-collaborative strategic initiative – leveraging digital expertise, insights and enterprise perspective – to set the line of business digital adoption strategy and continuously improve client satisfaction through technological advancements and innovation. Justin’s mission is to help companies leverage technology to accelerate their growth, achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Justin began his banking career with Bank of America Commercial Banking in 2006, where he has held a variety of positions. His prior roles have included Credit Analyst, Approval Officer, Underwriter, Senior Portfolio Management Officer, and Senior Credit Officer. In his most recent role as the Market Executive in Greater Los Angeles, he managed offices in El Segundo and Long Beach for Bank of America’s Business Banking group. In this capacity, his responsibilities included managing and leading the activities of a team of relationship managers focused on delivering strategic financial guidance and solutions throughout the Los Angeles market. The team’s mission was to help local companies grow, improve cash flow, manage U.S. and international payments, and invest for the future. The team fulfilled this mission by focusing on credit and lending, deposits, and cash management solutions to privately-held companies with annual revenues from $5 million to $50 million.

In addition, he also serves in a leadership capacity on the Asian Business Council for Greater Los Angeles, the Bank’s Los Angeles Market President’s leadership team and is the Regional Integration Executive on the South Bay/Long Beach Regional Leadership Council. In this capacity, Justin leads the coordination and delivery of all eight lines of business at Bank of America to improve financial lives in the local market.

Active in the community, Justin volunteers a lot of his personal time with various not-for-profit organizations including serving on the Board of Trustees of the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach as well as the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Southern California. Justin also mentors numerous associates within Bank of America as a member and leader in the Asian Leadership Network and the Southern California region.

Justin grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and has lived in Southern California his entire life. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Corporate Finance, from the University of Southern California (USC). He currently resides in West Covina, California, with his wife, Danielle, and their dogs, Koko and Vinnie.
