Julie Shlyakhetko is a Commercial Associate for the Milwaukee, WI market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In her role, she wears many hats and acts as a liaison between the Relationship Managers, their clients, and a team of specialists. She brings years of credit experience to the team, and through her analytical nature, is able to listen and propose thoughtful solutions for any business need, ultimately helping her client’s achieve their goals, not matter how simple or complex. Julie's mission is to share as much thought leadership and knowledge as she can with local businesses. 

Julie joined Bank of America in 2022. She began her career at a Regional Bank, where she was a Portfolio Manager in Downtown Milwaukee, WI. Throughout her banking career, Julie has served mid-sized companies throughout the state of Wisconsin to support their commercial banking needs.

Julie is a part of the leadership team for Bank of America Community Volunteers in Wisconsin and enjoys spending her time giving back to the community, raising awareness, and sharing volunteer opportunities with her team. Some organizations she enjoys spending time at are Habitat for Humanity and Junior Achievement. She is also a supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and participates in their annual Light the Night event in October.

Julie was born and raised in Mequon, WI and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Technology from Marquette University where she was also a founding student of the Commercial Banking Program. Julie is back at Marquette University pursuing her MBA with an emphasis on technology and sustainability. Julie resides in Downtown Milwaukee and enjoys spending her free time with her family and with her horse, Caruso.
