Juan draws on nearly 30 years of experience to understand business needs and deliver the right solutions to help businesses achieve their goals.  Having worked with companies from the startup stage to the C-level suite at Fortune 100 companies, Juan understands how critical active listening is.  Truly understanding what drives a need and why, are at the core of his approach.  From there Juan will work to deliver the right resources and align the relationships needed to achieve his client’s goals.

‘Seeing the big picture while sweating the small stuff’ is a phrase that Juan has relied on to help a packaging company streamline operations and increase cashflow, a manufacturer find the optimal financing structure for its warehouse and equipment acquisitions and a family business finance a transition to it’s second generation.  It’s these type of experiences that drive Juan’s interest in finding value for business enterprises and its’ owners. 

During personal time, Juan enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, traveling, working out and taking long walks with his black lab, Rocky.
