As a Filipino American woman in finance, Jovena views her success as an opportunity to pay it forward; she’s passionate about diversity and inclusion, and inspiring others to consider a similar career path. She volunteers at local organizations and enjoys building connections with people using skills she’s honed in her banking career — listening, understanding needs and working hard to fulfil them. In her spare time, Jovena enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
