Profile

Joseph Gendreau is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the Orange County markets for Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, his responsibilities include working with a team focused on delivering strategic financial guidance and solutions throughout the Southern California marketplace. The team’s mission is to help local companies grow, improve cash flow, manage U.S. and international payments, and invest for the future. The team fulfills this mission by focusing on credit and lending, deposits, and cash management solutions to privately-held companies with annual revenues from $5 million to $50 million. Targeted industries and businesses include wholesalers, manufacturers, importers/exporters, professional services, medical, entertainment, and non-profit organizations, to name a few.

Joseph began his banking career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2010, where he has held a variety of positions. His prior roles have included Small Business Banker, Small Business Consultant, and Personal Banker. In his most recent role as the Relationship Manager in Orange County he directly guided clients and prospects on credit capacity, loan facilities, and debt structures.

Active in the community, Joseph volunteers a lot of his personal time with various not-for-profit organizations focused on Wounded Warrior Projects. He has volunteered thought out the years for various community organizations. 

Joseph grew up in Winter Park, Florida. He graduated from University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics. He currently resides in Orange County, CA with his wife, son and daughter.
