Profile
Jon McLean is a Sr. Vice President and Sr. Relationship Manager for the Oregon/SW Washington market in Commercial Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Jon’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.
Bringing over 25 years of experience, Jon joined Bank of America in 2011. He began his career at Business Properties Brokerage Company, where he rose to Market Area Manager in the firm's Irvine, CA office. After relocating with his family to the Portland area in 1996, he began a career in commercial banking. Prior to joining Bank of America he served as a Business Banking Officer at Wells Fargo. Throughout his career, Jon has worked to help manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies of all sizes grow, become more efficient and prosper.
To help the communities he serves, Jon volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on youth sports, ending hunger and children’s services.
Originally from Lakeside, CA, Jon attained a B.A. degree with honors from the University of Redlands, Redlands CA. He and his wife raised their 4 children in Lake Oswego, and now enjoy their extended local family and two grandsons.
