John Budzynski is a Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager for the Long Island Market in Business Banking at Bank of America. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. John’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.John joined Bank of America in 2017. He began his banking career at JPMorgan Chase where he was a Relationship Executive in the Long Island/Queens Middle Market Banking Group. Throughout his banking career, John has served small and mid-sized companies throughout the greater New York area to support their commercial banking needs.
Having joined Bank of America's ESOP Advisory and Finance team in 2021, John works with clients, banking teams, and financial advisors in furthering ownership transition dialogue with a focus on Employee Ownership (EO). He is a member of the NCEO and TEA, and participates in and represents the team at EO events.
Originally from Elmhurst, NY, John graduated with a B.A. in Communications from the Queens College of the City University of New York
